Good down-to-earth German home cooking, the restaurant / pub has been part of Oststadt for over 30 years and is well worth a visit for a steak with a cool blonde.

Due to the negative reviews of the schnitzel, we ordered the meat skewer with an extra portion of fried potatoes and the salad with tuna. There is absolutely nothing negative to report here ?? Super tasty and great service in a quaint restaurant. I can absolutely recommend it to anyone who wants to have a good traditional meal

I think little has changed here in the last 30 years. Everything rather old-fashioned. Not exactly "hip", but super charming and cozy. Food delicious and very nice hosts. Bravo!

The waiters are extremely charming and very authentic every time. That makes me and my husband absolutely happy with every visit. My husband and I felt that the selection of drinks was great! The good transport connections made a visit quickly possible, and I was absolutely pleasantly surprised. We will all definitely go back.

If I didn't know better, I would turn around immediately! :) Something beautiful, but still not everyday, arises from the old, un-shaped building. One of the best restaurants in all of Hanover! (In my opinion). Starting with service that is incredibly nice, very good food and finally excellent perfect cocktails at the bar! I always like to come back !!! ♥ ️

Great place, owner-managed, nice & attentive. The menu is not too big, there is something for everyone and above all: delicious. It is always a pleasure to visit the small and cozy restaurants in Hanover.

I believe I was not able to correctly choose the best dish for me. All I asked was faty. Lots of grease to cook and mayonnaise added over. I loved the mushrooms!. Nice service and really typical place.

Really cozy place. Especially in the evening with the lights turned on, it looks beautiful.

The decor and ambience are already a bit old. Unfortunately, some dishes on the card were handwritten as "currently not possible", including as simple side dishes as fries. The kitchen has rather below average pub-level. Nice are the outdoor courts in the countryside, the service was friendly. In total there is still a lot of room for improvement ....

It was nice place , not touristic one which is perfect for me as I always prefer to go local places :)

Outstanding spare ribs from the smoker! Top quality & taste! Here the cook knows how to handle both spices and the smoker! Lovely again!
